Day Money Back Guarantee and Return Policy
Carefully
review this return policy. We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and
pictures that give you the best chance at being happy with your purchase. The
intent of our return policy is to provide a fair resolution for both buyer and
seller in the unlikely event that there is a problem with the purchase.
Time
Limits for Replacements, Exchanges, or Returns.
Returns
must occur within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 Days, the item is covered
by the Manufacturer Warrantee. It is in your interest to notify us as soon as
possible of a problem within the 30 day limit. After 30 days, refer any issues
to the manufacturer.
Replacement
or Money Back Criteria.
If the item is returned due to a malfunction in
the product, you will receive a replacement unit or your money back without a
restocking charge. If we made an error in your order, your shipping charges to
correct the problem will also be paid.
Exchange
Criteria.
If
you order an incorrect size or equipment model or make any other ordering mistake,
we are happy to exchange the merchandise to correct the order. However, any shipping
charges or other charges incurred for the replacement are paid by the buyer. This
includes both shipping the erroneous order back to the seller and shipping the
replacement to the buyer. Any differences in price must also be paid by the buyer.
If you prefer a refund in this situation, we will refund the original purchase
price of the item minus a 20% restocking charge.
Return
Criteria.
Returned items must be undamaged and unmodified. Please do
not cut the excess strap off collars until you are certain you will be keeping
the product. All tags, packaging, boxes, receipts, manuals, DVD's, and tapes
must be accompanied with the returned item or you may default in getting your
refund or exchange.
Return
Procedure.
You must contact the seller and obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. RMA and the number must be written on the
outside shipping box of the retuned merchandise. You can return the merchandise,
via UPS or Fedex with Tracking. Please make sure there is enough shipping insurance
to recover the purchase price in case of lost or damaged return shipments. E-mail
the seller with the tracking number ASAP so we can locate the merchandise during
its return delivery. Shipping fees are not refundable except as described above.
